through the use of drug affinity responsive target stability (darts) assay, cellular thermal shift assay (cetsa), and surface plasmon resonance (spr) technology, it was discovered that nicotine directly increased the stability and protein levels of lactate dehydrogenase a (ldha) by binding to it. |
